• Order and delivery information — which Guide(s) you purchased, purchase date, and download activity, used for customer support and refund eligibility.
• Basic technical data — standard web log data (such as browser type and IP address) that may be collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the Guide(s) you purchased and provide access to your order;
• To notify waitlist members when a new state Guide becomes available or a launch discount applies;
• To respond to customer support requests, including refund requests;
• To send occasional updates about new state releases or product changes, which you may opt out of at any time;
• To maintain records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

3. No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate our business, such as our payment processor and email/waitlist tools, each of which is bound by its own privacy obligations.
